Common questions about billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no minimum term. Cancel from inside WhatsApp by typing "cancel". You keep access until the end of your current billing month, then everything stops.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of your first paid month. After that there are no refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop further billing.
Are these prices including VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page are in South African Rand (ZAR), VAT inclusive. We're a South African company, registered with SARS.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from inside WhatsApp by typing "upgrade pro" or "upgrade business". Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. For Enterprise, get in touch and we will set you up.
How does billing work?
Monthly via PayFast. Card or EFT. We don't ask for a card during the free tier, only when you upgrade.
What about annual billing?
Not yet. Annual plans with a discount land in late 2026. Subscribe to the WhatsApp announcements channel and we'll let you know when it's live.
